Dining spaces are more than places to eat, they are environments for connection, celebration, and human engagement. Our Founding was as restaurant designers, having completed over 175 restaurants and 45 University Dining Venues we have incredible expertise in both restaurant and university dining design, LDL Studio understands the delicate balance between operational precision, labor productivity and meaningful deep guest experiences. Our design process considers every detail, from spatial flow to service equipment integration, ensuring that each venue not only functions seamlessly but also supports those shared moments that define the human dining experience.
Material boards, montage imagery, and early finish ideation are essential tools in our design process, helping us establish a project's visual DNA from the very beginning. These elements inform everything from spatial flow to tactile experience, and even the mood created by lighting and surface treatments. At LDL Studio, this early phase is where we align design intent with the client's brand identify and functional goals. This particular board was developed to guide the look and feel of Prandeo's dining area-ensuring the environment supported both the culinary program and the unique character of the space. For us, this phase is not just aesthetic-it's strategic, setting the tone for thoughtful, cohesive design.
