The West Campus project is part of Yale University’s larger initiative to repurpose the former Bayer pharmaceutical campus in Orange, CT, into a dynamic extension for academic programs and university departments. As part of this transformation, LDL Studio led the design and documentation of the Main Hub - a building featuring three distinct menu service platforms, a café with casual seating, and a fully renovated commercial kitchen equipped to support both daily dining and large-scale events. The building now houses an event space with a capacity of 250 guests and a new servery café, while the upper level was reconfigured to include 25 offices and two conference rooms.
