LDL Studio played a key role in converting the former bingo hall at Foxwoods into the Rainmaker Exposition Center-a flexible, high-capacity venue tailored for conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events. Designed with adaptability in mind, the space features advanced partitioning systems that allow it to be configured into halve or quarters, enabling simultaneous programming. The transformation also includes a dramatic new lobby with modern finishes, enhanced lighting, and a bold, sloped feature wall mural that has quickly become a popular photo destination. Looking ahead, Phase II of the project will extend the venues reach with a redesigned patio and outdoor deck, anchored by a new oversized glass entry system to enhance guest arrival.

In parallel, LDL Studio completed a full renovation of the employee cafeteria, a 24/7 facility designed to support Foxwoods' 23,000-person workforce. The refreshed dining space accommodates up to 1,000 employees per hour during peak time and includes six distinct menu platforms and an expansive grab-and-go market. A durable, high-performance material palette ensures longevity under heavy use, while the inclusive food offerings reflect the diversity of the casino's staff. Together, these projects represent a major investment in both guest experience and employee well-being.
