LDL Studio led a two-phase renovation of the Sheraton Brookfield Hotel, a 388-room full-service property near Milwaukee. The first phase modernized public spaces with a reimagined restaurant concept, lobby, and concierge lounge, incorporating local icon manufacturer Harley-Davidson-inspired design details like spoke-wheel chandeliers and saddle-stitched leather dividers into the design solution. In a humbled callback, the property now under new ownership, LDL returned as Architect of Record to oversee a full guest room and meeting space renovation, coordinating with national design and engineering teams to deliver strategic upgrades that improved life safety, infrastructure, and the overall guest experience-all while honoring the hotel’s regional identity.
