The adaptive reuse approach allowed for the reimagining of the existing building into a refined suburban spa experience. The owner’s vision called for a transitional-style environment that could support a comprehensive wellness program—featuring massage therapy, hydrotherapy, esthetic and skin treatments, oxygen infusion, and advanced laser therapies. The layout was carefully planned to ensure both guest comfort and operational efficiency, incorporating peaceful treatment rooms, circulation zones, and ambient gathering areas. Warm materials and soft lighting helped establish a tranquil tone throughout the space, supporting a restorative atmosphere for every guest. While the pandemic placed the project on temporary hold, the design remains a fully realized blueprint for a spa experience that blends modern luxury with timeless relaxation.
