This expansive tenant fit-out was designed to accommodate two full-size soccer fields, four basketball/volleyball courts, and a regulation inline hockey rink—all while maintaining open spans and column-free zones for optimal athletic performance. Beyond the playing surfaces, the complex features six full locker rooms, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, a running track, yoga studios, and three large arcade and play areas for kids. To enhance family convenience and community access, the facility also integrates retail and rental spaces along with three on-site dining venues. Among them, the Sports Kitchen & Bar provides a flexible environment for tournaments, team events, and group dining. A key design strategy involved consolidating all major utility systems along one side of the building, enabling stacked and interlocked amenities that maximize spatial efficiency and enhance user connectivity across programs.
