This fast-paced renovation presented the challenge of balancing strict corporate guidelines with opportunities to reimagine underutilized spaces. While guest rooms were upgraded efficiently within a tight timeline, the transformation of the public areas had an even greater impact. LDL Studio replaced an outdated, enclosed buffet-style restaurant with a vibrant new Lobby Café concept that introduced light, movement, and flexible dining options to the front-of-house. Simultaneously, the design team reconfigured the floor plan to make room for a modern Lobby Bar, now a focal point for social interaction and guest engagement. This intervention required structural changes, including wall relocation and layout adjustments, to optimize flow and function. The result is a renewed hospitality environment that reflects brand consistency while enhancing the property's appeal and usability.
