Red Bridge Spa

LDL Studio was commissioned to design Red Bridge Spa, a premier wellness destination located within Charlotte's distinguished Eastover neighborhood. The project reimagined a former mid-sized automobile dealership, transforming the existing 12,000-square-foot structure into a sophisticated suburban retreat dedicated to holistic wellness and restorative experiences.
Conceived as a luxury, transitional-style spa, the design blends timeless architectural elements with contemporary wellness amenities to create an immersive guest experience focused on relaxation, rejuvenation, and personalized care.
The comprehensive spa program includes an array of premium services and treatment modalities, including massage therapy, hydrotherapy, esthetic services, skin oxygen infusion, advanced laser treatments, and wellness consultations.
At the heart of the facility is a curated hydrotherapy experience featuring an indoor heated pool, thermal water amenities, and dedicated spaces designed to support recovery and mindfulness. Guests transition from treatment suites to a tranquil post-treatment relaxation lounge anchored by a restorative dipping pool, cascading water features, and biophilic elements that promote a connection to nature.
Thoughtfully integrated hospitality-inspired amenities, refined material selections, and a calming sensory environment position Red Bridge Spa as a destination wellness experience serving both local residents and regional visitors.
Although the project was fully designed and prepared for construction, development was placed on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic.
