LDL Studio and R3 Ventures collaborations include the Abyss nightclub, Park East Gastro Pub, and Over Easy Kitchen café chain, while this new project will transforms the existing Gramercy Ballroom into a flexible, elegant venue designed for unforgettable celebrations. The project will introduce three distinct ballroom spaces, including a showstopping garden ballroom with a retractable roof for year-round use. After the Ballrooms are activated, a 22-room boutique inn will be constructed, with an entire floor dedicated to bridal parties. The inn will include private suites with balcony-accessed jacuzzi tubs and stylishly appointed guest rooms to accommodate extended wedding weekends. Additional amenities will include an intimate fine dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a private spa tailored to bridal and weekend guests. Together, the Gramercy Ballrooms and Accommodations will serve as a signature destination—sophisticated, flexible, and thoughtfully designed for multi-day wedding experiences.
